Genshin Impact: Tearjerker Moments, Furina Breaks Down in Tears

Synopsis: A dazzling screen lights up Teyvat, livestreaming a roundup of tearjerking iconic moments. The Fontaine Archon Quest, Masquerade of the Guilty, makes its stunning debut, and the entire Teyvat chatroom erupts!

Clutching a clue about her brother, Lumine frantically taps at the keyboard. Paimon gets worked up and presses for details, Jean draws her sword and watches warily for the unknown, Zhongli sips tea and considers the screen's connection to the world, Arataki Itto slaps his knee and cries, "Don't cry," only to be silenced by the tragedy in Poisson, while Furina tries to act grand and stumbles over her words, only for Neuvillette to call her out!

Primordial seawater floods Poisson, and the refugees dissolve into glowing light. Navia clutches her father's pocket watch and weeps as she kneels before a gravestone. Memories of how Melus and Silver died in the seawater while saving people bring all of Teyvat to tears. The Knave suddenly appears with the Fatui to help, but harbors unknown motives. The prophecy that "only the Hydro Archon will remain to weep" weighs heavily on the hearts of the gods!

When Navia falls toward the primordial sea as the rickety bridge breaks beneath her, Lumine misses her by a few inches. As all of Teyvat holds its breath, the departed Melus appears, holding a sprig of heather. Did Navia really die?

Why does the primordial seawater dissolve only the people of Fontaine?

When will the truth about the Hydro Archon's seclusion be revealed?
