Three Kingdoms Fate Rankings: I Overturn the Turbulent Age with the System

In the first year of Zhongping, the Yellow Turbans surround the city, and I transmigrate into the role of county commandant of Meiji. I have 300 old and weak soldiers, the county magistrate has fled with the funds, and 2,000 refugees in the city are waiting to starve to death. The most miserable start in the Three Kingdoms, hands down!

Who can relate? I was just about to make a run for it when the Mandate of Heaven Three Kingdoms System bound itself to me:

"Ding! Beginner quest: Defend the county seat for 3 days. Reward: 100 barrels of fire oil and the Military-Civilian Mobilization skill!"

"Ding! The first power ranking for Xihe Commandery has been revealed. You are in last place. Reward: 1,000 Mandate Points!"

"Ding! Talent Summoning Pool unlocked. You can summon Chen Wu and Ju Shou, and collect enough fragments to summon Zhao Yun and Zhuge Liang!"

From then on, the script of the chaotic age for me, Shen Yan, was completely rewritten:

The Yellow Turbans attack? Burn their supply route with fire oil, turn the refugees into elite troops, and mow down 5,000 bandits!

Powerful clans provoke me? The rankings expose their hidden grain stores. I seize their territory in return, and my Mandate Points go through the roof!

Gongsun Zan thinks he can push me around? I predict his defeat at Jieshiqiao ahead of time, ambush his envoy, seize his troops, and then grind him into the dirt in Bingzhou!

Yuan Shao and Cao Cao rise to power? Sorry, Zhao Yun, whom I summoned, spears Yan...
