He Ji in Yuncheng

The City in the Clouds rises above the clouds, high beyond the ninth heaven. They are gods... No, they are not gods, yet their abilities surpass those of gods. These abilities are beyond even the gods' control: the power of Heaven itself. And in the City in the Clouds, a young lord is born. This child inherits the power of the ninth heaven and is one in ten thousand. This is where the story begins. An evil servant covets the power of the ninth heaven and attacks the newborn young lord. A thunderclap from the Heavenly Way strikes, and the servant dies beneath its power. The young lord, too, falls from the ninth heaven and lands in the mortal realm.
