Under the dome, above the abyss, the counter-god who "does stupidity to death, and lives to enlightenment" divided the godless land into thirteen domains, and handed them over to thirteen governing directors for governance. Among them, the southeast corner is the port. Four deacons, two coups, whose fault was responsible for a century of misfortune. The predecessors created the cause, and the descendants reap the consequences... And when all signs point to that impossible result, is the cloud covering the harbor a canopy to protect the common people, or a snare to destroy the future?
