A Soft-Hearted Saint in the Apocalypse, I Slay Every Race with Empathy

As the spiritual tide rises and people awaken supernatural abilities, humanity nevertheless plunges into its darkest era! Mutant beasts slaughter entire cities, monsters run rampant, the powerful monopolize strength, and the weak become prey.

Wen Buyan, a "useless bleeding-heart" who faints at the sight of blood and gets mocked for trying to save people, awakens the strangest ability of all: Heart-to-Heart Empathy!

When the apocalyptic beast tide engulfs the fortress, when his loved ones are at death's door, when humanity kneels in despair...

This bleeding-heart, mocked by the whole world, steps forward with tears in his eyes!

"You laugh at me for being softhearted? Today, I'll make compassion my blade!"

Empathy: Overdrive! Heartlight Domain, activate!

He feels the pain of billions of living beings, and the mutated beasts are purified!

He turns the prayers of all living beings into a sword, then sweeps it through the air, driving gods and demons before him!

He burns through his life to save others, gets gravely wounded and nearly dies, yet somehow grows stronger the more he's hurt?!

The world's strongest fighters lose their minds: "He gets stronger by crying, while I level up by killing? This is insane!"

The alien races are horrified: "Weren't humans supposed to be selfish? Why is this bleeding-heart killing everyone?!"

Wen Buyan wipes away the blood and gazes into the endless abyss. "Kindness isn't a sin. With a heart as bright as this... the path to invincibility lies here in the human world!"
