Writing a Diary in the Apartment: What the Heck Is This Hentai Yifei?

Shen Fei finds himself in Magic City, with Love Apartment from the start.

He thinks this is a story about surviving in the city, but soon discovers something is off about his neighbors.

Why does Hu Yifei invite him to "revise a report"? Why is Tang Youyou looking so expectant as she pulls him into a "hands-on exercise"?

Then he discovers that every female character has a notebook for observing the residents.

Hu Yifei: The notebook says the new neighbor needs "academic guidance"? This PhD is about to show him what a professional can do!

Tang Youyou: The little notebook says Shen Fei has "the makings of a secret agent"? I'm taking him to the supermarket for a real-life Spy vs. Spy mission!

Qin Yumo: The notebook says he needs a "makeover"? Leave it to me. I'll make sure he's the most dazzling guy at the banquet!

Chen Meijia: The notebook says he can help me figure out "discount calculations"? Amazing! My "one-yuan shopping" business has a successor!

Zhuge Dali: His behavior fits the pattern of "low-probability positive feedback"? For science, I have to conduct a full-scale "friendly" observation!

Shen Fei: Help! How did my sarcastic diary become their action guide?!
