Insectoid: A Record of Civilization

When the Spear of Judgment from Mechastar pierced Blue Star, Lin Ye, fused with the Zerg, became Blue Star's sole survivor.

The flames of revenge burned in his eyes.

Countless years later,

the Silver Mech Homeworld of the mechanical race had been hollowed out into a perforated skull. The stellar heart of the Eternal Light race had collapsed into nourishment for a Zerg nest. The frozen spacetime of the Time Cocoon race had been torn into an incubation membrane.

With his insect wings hanging over the ruins of civilization, Lin Ye licked stardust from his fingertips.

"A mechanical tide that extinguishes stars? A stellar hymn that scorches the galaxy? Spacetime cocoons that imprison all things? They're nothing but bubbles... churning in a Zerg hatchery."

The remains of civilization burned on the tips of his wings, while a quantum web dragged the entire universe toward a new cycle of consumption.

The Zerg are me, and I am the Zerg!
