Anime Crossover: Shipgirls, Azur Lane Under the Iron Blood Banner

A commander arrives in the Red Axis.

He's incompetent at command, frail as a bean sprout, and psychologically weak: a useless iron-blooded soldier.

His only saving grace is his luck stat of 10. His misfortune stat, on the other hand, is a whopping 90, making him one tough little cockroach to kill.

This is the story of a twenty-year-old virgin, an iron-blooded rookie commander, who, with everyone supporting him, sometimes gets chewed out and sometimes drags others down with him, giving his superior Bismarck such a fit that he gets a stomach ulcer...

And eventually becomes a hero.
