The Basic Law of Genius

When my face appeared on surveillance screens across the entire city at once, the police hunting me went crazy.

They had no idea that the "me" buying oden at a convenience store was fake data generated by a GAN, or that the "me" chatting with a beggar at a street corner had been trained on surveillance footage from ten years ago.

The art of counterespionage has taken on a new form in the age of data. While the AI mistook the "ghost witness" for the real thing, the real me was standing in the villain's office, tearing his quantum-entangled secret message to pieces.
