Yuan Kewen, son of Yuan Shikai, succeeded to the throne at the beginning, regained Cai E, and put an end to the war to protect the country. During World War I, Yuan Kewen conquered Outer Mongolia in the north, expelled Japan in the east, recovered Shandong, and revived China. During the Second World War, Yuan Kewen marched westward to the Western Regions and went to Southeast Asia, establishing Chinese hegemony. The United States and the Soviet Union rose up and formed a United Nations army to besiege China. China challenged the whole world.
