I'm Already a General, and the System Only Just Awakened?

After transmigrating into the world of One Piece twenty years ago, I, Ron, finally clawed my way from being an obscure Marine to becoming an admiral at Marine Headquarters, thanks to my foresight and real ability!

Just as I was about to pick up my teacup and start planning a leisurely retirement, spending my days doing as little as possible...

Ding! The delayed version of the Strongest Marine System has officially activated!

???

You're awake, System?

But I'm already an admiral!

Looking at the beginner missions in front of him, ordering him to massage the Fleet Admiral's legs and give "newbie encouragement" to the Four Emperors' officers, Ron fell into deep thought.

Should he complain about the System's ridiculous delay first, or uninstall it?
