A Long Rainy Season with My Younger Sister

"Brother, if this rain never stops, could we stay together forever?"

Su Xin and Su Xiaoyu are siblings with no blood relation.

Xiaoyu is innocent and willful, yet as fragile as a wisp of mist in the rainy season.

Xiaoyu's world keeps getting smaller, until her brother is all she has.

Su Xin, meanwhile, is lost in the feeling of being needed, seeing his sister's presence as the only meaning in his life.

Their relationship seems twisted and unhealthy to those around them,

but to each other, it is simply the only shelter from the long rainy season.

There are no explosive conflicts, only the slow corrosion of daily life; no redemptive ending, only an endless spiral of dependence.
