Doomsday Record of Demon Slaying

Outline of The Apocalypse Demon-Slaying Chronicles

I. World Setting

Time period: 3011. An accident during a "quantum tunnel experiment" tears open the barriers of time and space, unleashing the demons and monsters of ancient mythology upon the world and bringing about the apocalypse. Human civilization teeters on the brink of collapse, and the survivors huddle inside fortified walls. Technological devices frequently fail under the corruption of demonic energy, leaving humanity with no choice but to rely on ancient mythological powers to fight the monsters.

Central conflict: The other end of the tunnel leads to the chaotic "Demon Realm." The mastermind, "Wutian's Remnant Soul," hopes to use the apocalypse to rebuild his body and rule both realms. Sun Wukong, Yang Jian, Nezha, and other figures from Journey to the West are summoned to the modern era by the mysterious "Laws of Heaven." As they set out to slay demons, they must uncover the truth. But it is all a scheme by Daoist Ancestor Jun of the Demon Domain. He intends to use supreme magic to possess modern humans and stop them from writing The Apocalypse Demon-Slaying Chronicles. Once the story is set, the ancient primordial world will have no Journey to the West, and Sun Wukong, Yang Jian, Nezha, and the others will cease to exist... Can Sun Wukong and his companions change the fate of this story?
