The World of the Paranormal: From the Start, I Invent the King of the Underworld

An F-rank supernatural landlord is demanding a tenant's life. Do you want to invent a new supernatural entity to fight back?

Looking at the debt-collection clauses writhing around the ghost landlord's neck, Li Mo writes the first line of the King of Hell's design on the Creation Panel:

Rule One of the Netherworld's Hall of Judgment: Where the Underworld's officials reside, no ghost may trespass.

The entire apartment building suddenly shakes. Beneath the blood moon, the phantom outline of a somber hall appears. The King of Hell comes through a crack in space. As the ghost landlord watches in terror, Li Mo strokes the Book of Life and Death and smiles:

Now it's your turn to pay rent, with your soul's obliteration covering the bill.

Later, when the Western Pope summons angels to slaughter a procession of ghosts, three thousand City God temples already stand in Fengdu. When the onmyoji of Sakura Country sacrifice their shikigami, one hundred thousand Yin soldiers are already crossing the Yellow Springs Barrier. Meanwhile, Lin Ye, seated in the Hall of Judgment, toys with the Judge's Brush and adds a new regulation to the last page of the Global Supernatural Management Code:

From this day onward, all supernatural entities must possess an Underworld visa to enter or leave the mortal realm.
