Production Captain

The work uses a production team as a window to show the current situation of rural areas, farmers, and agriculture in the era of large collectives and the period of land contract responsibility system. And through the experiences and lessons of land management in different periods before and after liberation by three old farmers who came from the old society, we find ways to solve the current problems of rural depression, abandoned fertile land, and farmers with no successors.
