Don't Get It Wrong, I'm Really Not a Demon Sword. I Don't Devour My Wielder

Synopsis:

Jiang Yan transmigrates.

He becomes a lousy sword.

Fortunately, he awakens the Demon Sword Evolution System.

As long as it kills someone, it can absorb the victim's blood essence and power to continually raise its grade.

Spirit artifacts, treasure artifacts, Dao artifacts...

As the demon sword's grade rises, its fearsome reputation spreads far and wide.

Everyone also learns that each of the demon sword's wielders was an extraordinary figure, but met an untimely death.

Even the Great Emperor experts steer clear of it.

Thousands of years later,

the source of all taboos awakens from a forbidden land.

Jiang Yan is overjoyed.

He rushes straight toward them, unable to wait another moment.

"At last, a new sword wielder!"

Ah!

A bloodcurdling scream rings out from the Ancient Forbidden Land.

A scene of utter carnage.

Those who hear it are heartbroken; those who witness it are moved to tears!
