You Asked Me to Choose a Mecha Pilot, So I Made a Game

Gu Ning, a game designer, transmigrates to a parallel world and becomes a member of the mecha research department.

In this world, humanity is under constant threat from monsters.

Fortunately, scientists have developed mechas to fight them.

But what good is developing mechas if there's no one who can pilot them?

What, you say mechas need two people working together to activate them?

Gu Ning: No problem. Ever heard of Split Fiction?

You say pilots can't get the hang of fighting in mechas?

Gu Ning: Easy. How about a mecha version of The King of Fighters?

You say you don't know how to research new mechas?

Gu Ning: I've also got Super Dimension Fortress Macross OL and Mobile Suit Gundam OL. Want those?

Thirty years later, the monster world launches a full-scale invasion.

But they are met by a sea of mechas.

Gu Ning: I don't know anything. I'm just a game developer.
