With Three Rebellious Rascals in Tow, I Beat Up the Gods

Tang Sen transmigrates as Tang Sanzang and, from the start, puts all kinds of rebels in their place!

He takes in three utterly unruly disciples:

Sun Wukong: “Demons with powerful backers? Those are exactly the ones I beat! One swing of my staff, and they're smashed to pieces, souls scattered!”

Yang Jian: “The Heavenly Court and Buddhist sect will pay with their lives for what they did to Yaoji! When my Third Eye opens, I'll sever the karmic ties of the gods!”

Nezha: “My Fire-Tipped Spear is made to poke holes in the Jade Emperor's roof and burn down the Tathagata's temple!”

The entire Journey to the West goes completely off the rails.

Guanyin Temple? Burned to the ground! A Bodhisattva's golden statue? Crushed underfoot and used to pave the road!

Lingji Bodhisattva's weasel? Roast it for an extra meal! The Golden-Winged Great Peng, Tathagata's own uncle? One whack turns him into a dead bird! Roast him and eat him!

The Buddhist sect wails, “Are we ever going to be able to fetch the scriptures?!”

The Heavenly Court collapses: “We don't want the merit anymore! Just please stop tearing everything down!”
