Hong Kong Films: Whoever Crosses Me Dies, Yet They All Beg Me to Be Their Boss

Chen Tianxiong transmigrates to Hong Kong Island in 1982.

He becomes a low-ranking gangster and figures he'll spend his whole life as somebody's underling. But the very next day, he awakens a System.

Chen Tianxiong awakens the Fishing the Heavens System! His body is transformed, and he becomes a swordsmanship master!

With the System, Chen Tianxiong resolves to become the boss of a gang!

Chen Tianxiong's fortunes soar, and he rises to become a major player in the gang. His business thrives, and both the underworld and the law-abiding world submit to him willingly.

Wo Hop To's biennial election for its leader begins. Ah Lok and Big D fight tooth and nail, and at the critical moment, Uncle Deng asks Chen Tianxiong to come out of retirement and become the leader.

Uncle Deng: "Only you can keep them in check. Don't turn us down."

Big D: "If Chen Tianxiong comes out of retirement, I wouldn't dare compete with him for the leadership."

Ah Lok: "If Chen Tianxiong steps up to be the leader, I have no objections."

Chen Tianxiong is dumbfounded: "I'm an undercover cop! Have you all lost your minds? I really don't want to be the leader."

Uncle Deng: "Stop turning us down. You're the people's choice."
