Tongtian Doesn't Want to Be the Sect Leader

Xu Changming's soul enters the Primordial World, and he unexpectedly becomes Tongtian, who has yet to attain sainthood. Memories of the brutal Calamity of Investiture surge through his primordial spirit: the Ten Thousand Immortals Formation is broken, the Immortal-Slaying Sword is shattered, and the souls of the Jie Sect disciples are scattered. He turns around and shatters the message talisman from the Zixiao Palace, then lays nine layers of restrictions in the depths of the Eastern Sea. A blue phoenix brings Hongjun's decree? He puts the Xuanhuang Exquisite Pagoda to use as a chamber pot! The Twelve-Petaled Golden Lotus invites him across the sea? At the entrance to his cave, he carves an inscription: "In seclusion for a hundred thousand years. What does the calamity have to do with me?"

It is not until the Chaos Bell rings throughout the thirty-third heaven that he gazes at the calamity clouds surging above Kunlun Mountain and smiles faintly. Three thousand causal puppets open their eyes at once inside his sleeve. As the Zixiao divine lightning crashes down, the black-robed Daoist chews on a Huangzhong plum and hums a little tune: "Senior Brother Yuanshi, that Heaven-Flipping Seal you hurled at Biyou Palace... why is it sitting on the head of the clay figurine I just made?"
