The Detective Landlord: Helping Eri Kisaki Fix Her Plumbing from the Start

Jun Sakurai was reborn in Tokyo, starting with the classic setup of both parents dead. Fortunately, his parents, whom he'd never met, had left him an entire Beika Street.

So Jun Sakurai settled into a leisurely life collecting rent every month, and even awakened a Favorability System with its own narration.

Eri Kisaki: "Mr. Sakurai, do you think I could pay my rent in some other way...?"

Miwako Sato: "Jun, the pipes at the Public Security Bureau are clogged! Come clear them out for us tonight~"

Ran Mori: "Mr. Sakurai, my mother lives alone, so I'll leave her in your care!"

Yukiko Kudo: "Jun, are we doing that thing again tonight?"

Vermouth: "Master, I bought a new maid outfit..."

So every month, Jun Sakurai would spend more than a week making his way along the whole of Beika Street.

Afterward, his back and waist would ache, and he'd feel completely drained...

Collecting rent really isn't easy work! Especially in the Conan world, where people die wherever you go.
