Secret Notes from Biology Class is a coming-of-age suspense novel with adolescent boy Li Ran as the protagonist. Because of poor grades in biology, 14-year-old Li Ran was invited by her parents to hire Lin Xiaowen, a sophomore female college student, as a tutor. Lin Xiaowen teaches biological knowledge in a relaxed but in-depth way, starting from the human reproductive system, but the classroom atmosphere gradually becomes subtle and ambiguous. Her delicate explanation and casual physical contact made Li Ran fall into confusion, curious and shy. At the same time, Lin Xiaowen seems to be hiding some kind of secret. The notes she left and her actions outside the classroom hint at unknown purposes. As the course progresses, Li Ran gradually uncovers the truth through confusion and exploration, and an unexpected conspiracy is involved behind the biology class.
