One day in the future, there will be a crazed extreme scientist who calls himself Napoleon X. He claims to create a new human race that will occupy the entire world's resources and rule the world. The entire human race must be massacred. They established a new nation of humanity, and their first action was to send a stealth robot to steal the nuclear weapons lockbox in the old human presidential palace. This lockbox controlled all fifteen thousand nuclear weapons. The President of the New Human Republic, Napoleon X, called the President and demanded that he resign immediately and let Napoleon X take over the power. New humans have emerged in the global village. They are the hybrids of orangutans and pigs, the hybrids of dolphins and elephants, and the hybrids of aliens and earthlings.
