Hong Kong Films: Ruling the World, Starting as the Boss

Xiao Cheng unexpectedly awakens memories of his previous life, only to discover that he has been reborn in a parallel Hong Kong movie world and become one of Ah Lok's Six Tigers.

From the start, Ah Lok sends him inland to retrieve the Dragon Head Staff.

Xiao Cheng knows full well that joining a gang never ends well, so he makes contact with the mainland. But his status is too low.

With no other choice, Xiao Cheng can only figure out how to become the boss first.

"Ah Cheng, Wo Hop To depends on you now."

"Ah Cheng, have you forgotten? I was the one who raised you up."

"You bastard, you're in my way."

"Mr. Jiang, Brother Cheng is too formidable. I've let you down."

Years later, Commissioner Shi prepares to close the net, pointing his gun at Xiao Cheng.

Xiao Cheng merely flicks away some ash, while a senior official nearby berates Commissioner Shi.

"Shi, how can you point a gun at our great benefactor?"

Commissioner Shi: "???"

"Do you have any idea how much Mr. Xiao has contributed to the mainland's development?"

They used to call me Cheng Zai. Then they called me Brother Xiao, and later, Mr. Xiao...

And Xiao Cheng rose from a low-level gangster, step by step, to become a Hong Kong tycoon and the power behind the scenes...
