What's the Use of a Sword?

After a great war, few soldiers who participated in the war returned. When the general was asked about his children by the villagers, the general could only lower his head and walked away silently. He knew that he had nothing to say to these fellow villagers, but the war was not over yet. He could not apologize for this, so he could only survive. But the next day, someone carved on the city wall the words "The young man does not know the way home, leaving the old man alone to grieve." Where is the compassion for heaven and humanity? Without him, the whole country would suffer! Some people told others after reading it, but no one could remain in a happy mood. Yes, the children died on the battlefield, but the old people could only stay at home. Those compassionate literati, where are they now? There is nothing to do, and the whole country is in mourning. I don't know if this poem has been repeated. Anyway, I created it on a whim this afternoon. It was inspired by me watching the old people in the village and being in the fields.
