Great Qin: I Lead the Western Expedition and Colonize the World

At the grand celebration of the Qin Empire's conquest of the Six Kingdoms, Ying Zheng made a commanding entrance and proclaimed loudly:

"With my tiger-and-wolf army, I conquered the Six Kingdoms. From this day on, all under Heaven is united!"

The next moment, a voice from the System rang out in his mind.

Not so, Your Majesty. You have yet to unite all under Heaven.

The world's population currently stands at around 200 million, while the Qin Empire has just over 30 million people, giving it only 15% of the world's influence.

There are as many as 58 countries, large and small. The six kingdoms unified by Qin account for less than 1% of the global landscape.

If Your Majesty wishes to truly unite all under Heaven, you must bind yourself to the "Hegemony System," begin the western campaign, and embark on the great undertaking of colonizing the world.

Once the goal of global colonization is achieved, the System will unlock the ability to levy taxes on all the world's colonies. This will greatly aid the Host in standardizing weights and measures, currency, and road widths, as well as providing basic living stipends to everyone under Heaven, ultimately bringing about a peaceful and harmonious age with no wars!
