Journey to the West: The Calamity Monkey, Becoming a Demon Ape from the Start

In the world of Journey to the West, Yuan Hai transmigrates into a monkey being toyed with on the street.

But because he is a harbinger of calamity, he awakens the Calamity System.

With a mighty blade, he carves a path through his enemies.

Relying on his memories, he returns to Flower-Fruit Mountain, only to nearly be burned alive because of his calamitous nature.

But by chance, he shakes the Five-Colored Divine Stone and unlocks his origins as a Chaos Demon Ape.

From then on, the peerless Calamity Monkey sets out to fill the Three Realms with disaster.

What is the Havoc in Heaven?

What is the conflict between Buddhism and Daoism?

What is the Great Calamity of Journey to the West?

None of them compares to the Calamity Monkey's trouble!

The Supreme Great Heavenly Venerable, the Jade Emperor: "Taibai Jinxing, you're saying that Calamity Monkey wants to rebuild the Demon Court?!"

Taishang Laojun: "Your Majesty, run! Calamity Monkey has already led a million demons to attack Lingxiao Palace."

The Great Buddha of the West, Tathagata: "Why did all the merit from the Great Calamity of Journey to the West go to the Demon Court? What use is Tang Seng to me now?!"
