Honghuang: I Just Ascended, and You Want Me to Apprehend Sun Wukong?

Xu Ye transmigrates into Ouyang Ke.

He thinks that as long as he lies flat and avoids getting caught up in causes and consequences, he can enjoy a peaceful old age.

Then he awakens the Myriad Heavens Achievement System.

Every time he breaks through a realm, he gains access to a new world. Ascension and even eternal life are within reach.

So, in The Legend of the Condor Heroes, Xu Ye discusses the Dao with grandmasters, single-handedly suppresses foreign enemies, and becomes a martial arts legend.

In The Storm Riders, Xu Ye schemes to obtain the dragon and phoenix, slays Di Shitian, then departs without a trace.

After passing through several worlds, Xu Ye finally ascends. But as he takes his first step into the Heavenly Court, he sees a monkey carrying a golden cudgel and wreaking havoc in Heaven.

Many years later,

Xu Ye sits upon the throne of the Heavenly Emperor. Looking over the many worlds under his rule, he turns to Hongjun across from him.
