One Piece: We're Definitely Making Princess Shirahoshi Our Queen!

Noah: "King Neptune, Boss Jinbe, this world is going to be swallowed by the sea sooner or later!"

Neptune/Jinbe: "So what?"

Noah: "So it's time to claim the One Piece and become the Pirate King, Princess Shirahoshi!"

Shirahoshi: "???"

Noah transmigrates into the world of One Piece and becomes a sea-serpent merfolk, with a human head and a snake's body. He often sneaks into the Shell Tower to talk Shirahoshi into becoming the Pirate King.

Over time, he leads timid Shirahoshi astray.

"With the Sea King in hand, the world is ours!"

"The sea is about to sink. The Fish-Men will be great again!"

Noah raises his fist, fights his way through the Fish-Man District, and becomes the uncrowned king of the Fish-Men.

Jinbe, Arlong, Hody, and the royal family unite and organize all the power of the Fish-Man Race.

Noah takes command of an 80,000-strong Fish-Man army, forming the Fish-Man Eight Banners. They capture human pirates as enslaved servants and occupy Fish-Man Island, growing too powerful to control!

"Set sail and plunder!"

Kill and burn, and the gold belts come rolling in.

The first step in the rise of the Fish-Men: begin by plundering the government's Affiliated Nations.
