Hong Kong Films: The Syndicate’s Master Strategist, Starting with Mei Changsu

Here comes Lin Feng, the most ruthless strategist in Hong Kong's legal world, bearer of the Qilin Prodigy's System, and the white paper fan for both the Hongxing and Heshenghe triads.

Some say he's unrivaled in the legal world. With him around, you can enter the police station today and walk out tomorrow.

Others say he has no principles and helps whoever pays the most. They call him the Legal World's Pay-Me-More Guy.

For those who pay enough, Big D becomes the new boss of Heshenghe, Handsome South puts three knife holes in Kwun, and Jimmy holds the Dragon Head staff year after year.

Some say his schemes are unmatched, but every one of them is vicious. Even arsenic isn't as poisonous as he is.

He drops a slab of marble by the river while fishing, just in case it doesn't kill someone in one hit.

He advises Jimmy to use a blender, because chopping someone up with a knife is too much work.

In strategy, he has the talent of a Qilin Prodigy. In cruelty, he's like Jia Xu reborn. In manipulation, he has the major triads dancing in the palm of his hand.

Plenty of people hate him, but none dare provoke him.

That's because he's not only a peerless schemer: he also has a young sidekick, Xiao Feiliu, whom the major triads have all tried and failed to recruit as their double-red-pole fighter.

And the Jiangzuo Alliance, a rising new faction in the underworld, seems to have some inexplicable connection to him as well...
