White Clothes Puzzle

The Mystery in White tells the story of Zhang Yuanhang, a young doctor who struggles between ideals and reality. As a graduate of a prestigious school, he entered a top tertiary hospital with the original intention of saving lives and healing the wounded. However, the hospital is not a pure land of life, but a complex battlefield where power, interests and human nature are intertwined. A medical dispute caused by postoperative complications gave Zhang Yuanhang his first taste of responsibility and frustration. As the work progressed, he gradually discovered that the department had hidden corruption issues such as procurement kickbacks and preferential treatment of privileged patients. Facing a complex system, he is both an insider and an outside observer. The patients' expectations, the family's cries, and the loss of life constantly impacted his faith. He tried to use technological reforms to improve the status quo, but found himself trapped in a larger whirlpool of interests. Faced with choices again and again, he must answer: should he follow the trend, or stick to his original intention? This novel and its characters are purely fictitious.
