Konoha: If the Third Hokage Won't Learn, Replace Him

Yun Chen transmigrates into the world of Naruto. After surviving the Nine-Tails' attack, he becomes a poor orphan living on welfare.

Of course, transmigrators naturally come with a golden finger, but his is useless.

It only changes once the affection level reaches one hundred.

Yun Chen sets his sights on the Third Hokage, but even after twelve years, the affection level is nowhere near enough. He realizes the old Third Hokage is impossible to win over.

Then, by chance, he maxes out Kurenai Yuhi's affection in just a few days.

After that, everything changes, and the mission System activates across the ninja world.

Kurenai Yuhi: Yun Chen, is there anything you need me to do today?

Anko: Damn it, why isn't my affection level high enough to accept a mission?

Sasuke: Big Brother Yun Chen, I want to bring my family back to life. Give me lots of missions!

Hiashi Hyuga: Brother, what do you think of my two daughters?

Hiruzen Sarutobi: Damn you, Yun Chen! This is my Konoha, and I'm the Hokage!

After the other ninja villages learn that they can only trigger missions through Yun Chen, they all start fawning over him. And so, in the most inexplicable way, Yun Chen unifies the ninja world. But the real test is only just beginning.
