Naruto: Playing Enel from the Start

Water Cloud transmigrates into the Hokage world and obtains a Roleplaying System. The more accurately he portrays a character, the stronger he becomes.

God Enel, Admiral Akainu, Accelerator, Ulquiorra, Gilgamesh...

Deva Path Pain: "Compared to him, Enel is the real god."

Hiruzen Sarutobi: "Just how powerful is the Navy? How can it have so many admirals?"

Madara Uchiha: "The Soul Society's Soul Reapers have already mastered the power over life and death."

When each of the characters played by Water Cloud makes an appearance, the people of the Hokage world finally realize...

The world is so vast!

I'm no good at writing introductions. Read the story to find out.
