Developing the Underworld in Honghuang, Houtu Begs Me to Play It Safe

Chen Fan was sent to the Primordial World by a truck, bringing along a Lord System.

Just as Hongjun schemed to have Houtu transform into the cycle of reincarnation and be imprisoned, Chen Fan directly bound Youdu as his territory.

The West, the Three Teachings, the Heavenly Court, and the Sea of Blood all eyed the underworld's immense merits covetously.

Houtu: "Chen Fan, what should we do?"

Chen Fan: "What should we do? Roll up our sleeves and get to work!"

Play it safe? To hell with playing it safe!

He immediately set about expanding his territory, opening Hell, building Fengdu, establishing City Gods, and gathering merit on a grand scale!

When the Investiture of the Gods calamity struck, Chen Fan outmaneuvered and manipulated many mighty figures, drawing them into the underworld.

Zhunti and Jieyin: "This is bad! Dizang and Yama are both gone!"

Yuanshi: "What's going on!? How did all my disciples end up on the list?"

Haotian: "Dao Ancestor, boo-hoo-hoo! People in the human realm only know the earth gods, not the heavenly gods!"

Hongjun, seated in the Zixiao Palace, looked utterly at a loss when he discovered that the will of Heaven was no longer under control...

Chen Fan, presiding over the underworld, nodded in satisfaction. "Now we can play it safe."
