A live broadcast revealing the future descends upon the universe of Honkai: Star Rail!

The Festival Planet is in an uproar once again!

Coming toward us is the famous and universally renowned member of the Genius Society, the great general under Dr. Primitive: the Programmer!

This genius once reverted the people of countless planets to monkeys. Now he's turned his experimental claws toward Penacony, which has only just stabilized.

His opponent is none other than the Galaxy Rangers' Rappa, also famed throughout the universe, and his sworn enemy!

This top-tier ninja claims to possess the power to crush stars, and she's joined by her teammate Boothill!

Robin: "Seriously, could you cause trouble somewhere else? Can't I just hold one concert in peace?"

Boothill: "Just give me one shot! I'll personally help you DJ by blasting that damn Dr. Primitive!"

Rappa: "Yo, yo, this ninja ranger's with you too!

You vile monkey ninja, face the judgment of Rappa's Ninja Scroll!"

Professor Banana: "I've never seen an enemy this chuunibyou in my life!"
