Pokemon: Rayquaza From the Start, with a Handheld System

Lin Tian arrives in the Pokemon world with S-rank Dragon Taming powers from the start. His family are the Draconids, his older sister Kris is a Capture Expert who can catch any Pokemon, and his childhood friend is Blue, known as the Evolution Expert!

And from the start, he lands right on Sky Pillar, ready to seize Rayquaza, the Sky God!

And so...

Lance: Such powerful Dragon Taming abilities are a once-in-a-century sight, even in my Dragon Tamer family! Who are you?

N: I have a Black Dragon, but you actually have Rayquaza, the king of all dragons!!! Good heavens, what kind of monster are you?

Dama Lanqi: The Kanto region is incredibly fortunate to have you as its Elite Four member! You even captured Rayquaza!

So what if I have Rayquaza? In the future, I'll tame every Legendary Pokemon in the world! Even Arceus, the one who created everything!
