Expelled by the Mages' Guild, I Raised My Cleaver

After transmigrating to a world where mages reign supreme, Ding Cheng finds he can't cultivate to become a mage.

The Mage Guild passes a new bill to expel every non-mage resident from the magical continent.

Ding Cheng can no longer stand it. He takes up the butcher's blade to defend the rights of non-mages.

Kill!

Kill until the mages are afraid.

Then make them amend the bill to allow non-mages to stay.

But Ding Cheng says:

"There's no need for the Mage Guild to exist!"

"From now on, this continent will be called the Continent of Immortal Cultivation!"

The battle continues!
