This world is amazing, isn't it? One organism evolves over many years into another organism, or into two different organisms, to adapt to changing environments. We're not alone, so we don't know what other creatures existed in the world before us, and it's not enough to guess what those creatures were before us. But who says those creatures only existed in the past? Maybe as I said before those creatures just found a way to survive on their own, a way that wasn't found by other creatures.
