Siheyuan: They Reported Me for Practicing Medicine Illegally, Now They're Doomed

Xu Zhe transmigrates to the world of the courtyard compound and activates the Miracle Doctor System.

When a rat-borne epidemic ravages the capital, Xu Zhe formulates a new medicine and saves countless lives. But Jia Dongxu sets his sights on the formula. When extortion fails, he goes straight to the authorities to report him.

“Xu Zhe sells fake medicine, profiteers from a national disaster, and has caused countless deaths. He deserves to be shot!”

The scoundrels in the courtyard compound know Xu Zhe is innocent, but for their own gain, they still join forces with Jia Dongxu to report him and send him to the police station.

His girlfriend, Qin Huairu, breaks up with him. His belongings are stolen, his home is smashed up, and he is fired from the factory, leaving him facing a prison sentence.

Xu Zhe simply admits to the charge and is locked up in the detention center.

Then the epidemic spreads, and Jia Dongxu and the other animals from the courtyard compound become seriously ill, suffering more dead than alive every day. They decide to withdraw their report and release Xu Zhe so he can make new medicine and save their lives.

“You reported me for practicing medicine illegally. Now that I'm in here, why are you in such a hurry?”

“You don't regret what you did. You just know you're about to die!”

“You thought I had a heart of gold? Go home and wait to die!”
