You Were Supposed to Teach National Defense, Not Rally the Whole Nation for War!

After transmigrating to a parallel world, Jiang Chen activates a game developer System and creates a war game called The War of Our Forebears.

The game is so realistic that it recreates history with near-perfect accuracy. New players are reduced to wailing and cursing as they fight the Japanese invaders.

In response to players' complaints, Jiang Chen reveals the real historical battle the game simulates.

It turns out the game isn't too hard.

We just never knew how hard life was for our forebears during the war.

It turns out the game isn't being unreasonable.

The Japanese invaders back then simply never gave us a chance to reason with them.

It turns out there are no impossible missions,

only people who fail to complete them.

Our forebears beat the game on one life.

Do we still have the courage to give our lives for our country and spill our blood across the land?

The next day,

office workers, delivery drivers, and college students

flood into the game. Armed with outdated weapons and facing Japanese forces several times their number, countless players roar in fury.

"You Japanese bastards, I'll screw your granny!"

The military?

We asked you to promote national defense education. Why have you started a nationwide resistance war?
