Showbiz: You Asked Me to Direct a Villain, So I Put Gangsters to Work

Jiang Yuan transmigrates to a parallel world and becomes a small-time director. After offending the local powers, everything goes wrong for him, and a group of his friends end up behind bars because of it.

A few years later, after they are released and go looking for work, Jiang Yuan takes the initiative and suggests they act in his films.

Amid everyone's doubts, the God-Tier Director System helps him, and his career takes off beyond all control.

He films Men of Honor, casting the peerless, charismatic Tin Yang-sheng, who seems afraid he'll accidentally kill the protagonists.

He films SPL 2: A Time for Consequences, with the cold-blooded, suit-clad enforcer Zhang Jin, redefining what a villain can be.

He films Kung Fu Jungle, with the ruthless, unhinged Feng Yuxiu! He fights to decide who's stronger, and to the death.

He films Young and Dangerous, with the arrogant, vicious Crow, bringing the grudges and passions of the underworld to life in all their intensity.

"This is unbelievable! This bunch are practically villains incarnate. It's like they're the characters themselves!"

"Now these are real villains. I'm afraid they'll kill the protagonists. From now on, I'm rooting for the villains!"

"From now on, there's only one true god of a director in the entertainment industry: Jiang Yuan!"
