Hawkish Defense Industry: I Founded the National Defense Lottery from the Start

Su Chu: If the money isn't spent on building up national defense, should we just save it to pay reparations? Faced with a shortage of defense funds, Su Chu proposes setting up a national defense lottery to raise money, with three special prizes: first prize, a joyride on an aircraft carrier; second prize, a world tour in a stealth fighter; third prize, deep-sea fishing aboard a ten-thousand-ton destroyer... The whole country goes wild buying national defense lottery tickets, and the funding shortage is greatly eased. "A province without its own carrier fleet? I'm so anxious!" "This is tough. When the Eagle Sauce sends out a carrier group, we need a Type 055 just to deal with it!" "There are too many peoples and languages in the world. We should unify them!" Hawkish Su Chu leads the Rabbit's defense industry through a leap forward! Form an army heavy combined-arms brigade, then roll over 99% of the countries in Europe, Asia, and Africa? The Type 815 electronic reconnaissance ship makes the Eagle Sauce's radar smoke, then plays Pleasant Goat? The 31 Mach thrust is so powerful, the UN ambassador crosses his legs? The H-20 appears, putting the whole world within striking range and making the B-2 bomber look like the old flame. Citizen: The military budget is too small. I need to smoke two packs a day. Su Chu: From now on, the tables have turned. If the enemy can come to us, we can go to them. This novel and its characters are entirely fictional. Any resemblance is purely coincidental.
