Conquering Konoha: Starting as the Director of Family Planning

After transmigrating into the world of Naruto, in Konoha Village, I became a member of the Uchiha clan, which was on the verge of being wiped out.

I spent sixteen years in a daze, living as an utterly ordinary chunin.

Then, on the night of the clan massacre, I awakened the System. I took on Uchiha Itachi, toyed with Uchiha Obito, and sent Danzo, who was full of ambition, to reunite with his beloved teacher.

But I have a dream: the shinobi world is too chaotic and far from beautiful.

So I plan to become the director of the Shinobi World's Family Planning Commission.

The shinobi world doesn't need so many wars, and it doesn't need so many people causing trouble, either!
