Oh No, I've Been Drafted

Li Yuanzheng is a retired soldier who spent several years of his youth in the military. But when he returned to his hometown, he ran into an unexpected ordeal. A local thug insulted him and even disrespected his beloved grandfather. Enraged, Li Yuanzheng got into a fierce fight with the thug and was ultimately detained for fighting.

The incident infuriated Li Yuanzheng's father, who harshly berated his son, believing he had brought shame on the family. Li Yuanzheng was filled with guilt and confusion, unsure how to face it all. Seeking peace of mind, he decided to travel, hoping to find answers along the way.

During his travels, Li Yuanzheng happened to pass the place where his grandfather had set out on an expedition years ago. Standing there, he could almost feel his grandfather's fearless spirit. Yet his heart grew heavier still. To ease his gloom, he drank quite a lot. As he gradually grew drunk, an accident happened: Li Yuanzheng fell into an abyss. After everything spun around him, he discovered that he had transmigrated to the thirty-first year of the Republic of China.
