Film and TV Crossover: Why Is Your Emperor's Banner Belching Black Smoke?

After transmigrating, Zhong Yue began pursuing the path to immortality in a world of TV dramas.

But his heart was always too soft on this path to immortality.

He couldn't bear to see any living being suffer the torment of reincarnation, so...

A Human Emperor Banner, welcoming billions of living beings and ensuring their true spirits would never perish.

A Bridge to the Other Shore, forged by a million gods and leading straight to a carefree afterlife.

A Divine Sword, ferrying all manner of beings across the world to the shore of immortality.

"Hey, fellow Daoist, why is your Human Emperor Banner belching black smoke?"

"And why is the Bridge to the Other Shore littered with bones and running with blood?"

"Don't even get me started on the Divine Sword. It's overflowing with baleful energy and karmic sin!"

Zhong Yue: "Since none of you understand my good intentions, then to prove my innocence, I'll have to trouble you all to step inside the banner and take a look."
