Elite Warrior

In the late Warring States period, during the reign of King Zhaoxiang of Qin, the king reclaimed the reins of government from his mother, Queen Dowager Mi. To achieve Qin's ultimate goal of marching east and unifying the six states, the kingdom pursued its ambitions not only on the battlefield and in the courts of rival states, but also in a realm that could never be brought into the open. There, King Ying Ji personally commanded Qin's secret forces, the Black Bird Elite, who took in two young men from the Xiqi clan, one of Qin's old aristocratic families.
