Why Did I Awaken Cell's Talent in the Ninja World?

What do you mean, special energy? Isn't that just chakra?

What do you mean, an earth-type skill? Isn't that Earth Release: Earth-Style Wall, created by infusing chakra into the ground?

What???

Nobody in this world knows how to perform hand seals!

Lin Fan is secretly delighted. He is convinced he can make something of himself!

But there isn't a single type of chakra attribute in his body.

"Heavens, are you messing with me?"

The System descends and rewards him with a simplified Cell template.

Prompt: Host can absorb the essence of living creatures to obtain the special energy within their bodies.

Lin Fan is speechless!

"Why did I get Cell's template in the Naruto world, and why is it the simplified version?"

"I won't agree to this. Not in this lifetime."

"Wait a second..."

"Thank you, great System!"

Absorb a breeze cicada, obtain F-rank wind-type special energy.

Absorb a fine grass, obtain C-rank wood-type special energy, converted into C-rank water-type special energy and C-rank earth-type special energy.

Lin Fan has an epiphany!
