Pokemon: Reborn as Wumao, the World Champion

Reborn as Gary Oak, a rich second-generation heir and a top researcher, Gary feels he ought to do something with himself. So he sets his sights on becoming the champion of every regional league, and then the World Champion.

Ash: "Gary, what? You're already a Champion, and I haven't even made it into the top sixteen."

Giovanni: "This Champion is so hard to deal with. Is there no hope left for Team Rocket?"

Professor Oak: "Gary isn't just a Champion. He's also the world's best researcher."

Arceus: "Gary, I need your help."
