Investiture of the Gods: Descendant of the Dragon Clan, I Kill Jiang Ziya from the Start

No System. A sweet romance, with a slow pace at first. The protagonist keeps a low profile before making his move, and is decisive in killing. Read with caution if that's not for you.

The transmigrator Ren Tiansheng is a descendant of Eastern Emperor Taiyi and Yinglong.

Six hundred years after the Investiture of the Gods, the saints do not want Buddhism to launch the Journey to the West upheaval, so each makes their own moves.

To secure their positions, the Tathagata and the Jade Emperor sever the immortals' memories, strip the rebellious Daoist immortals of their souls, and suppress them throughout the Three Realms.

With secret support from the saints, Ren Tiansheng draws on his past life's experience of cutthroat competition and maneuvering through intrigue and plots.

He kills in secret, makes sure to leave no trace by reducing the bodies to ashes, and shares the karmic consequences with the saints. His motto: spread the benefits evenly.

With a flip of his hand, he stirs the clouds; with another, he overturns the rain. He forcefully turns the fate of the demon race around, and ultimately proves the Way of Humanity through his dragon body!

Ren Tiansheng: "Empress Wa, you watched the ancient demons perish with your own eyes and did nothing. I'll become the Demon Ancestor!"

Taishang Laojun: "What kind of creature have we found? It actually dares to drag a saint down with it?"

The Tathagata: "Old Ancestor, this child is a heaven-defying demon. We absolutely cannot let him become a saint!"

Hongjun: "He's fused the essence of Taiyi and Hongyun, has the Fuxi Qin hidden in his heart, the Chaos Bell in his left hand, the Xuanyuan Sword in his right, the Haotian Pagoda above his head, and the Pangu Axe under his feet. If you're so capable, you go fight him!"
