Collecting Rent in Tokyo: From the Start, I Helped the Landlady Unclog Her Pipes!

Yu Liusheng is reborn in Tokyo, starting with the classic setup of both parents dead. Luckily, the parents he's never met left him an entire street's worth of property!

And so Yu Liusheng, a second-year student at Inasada University, settles into a leisurely life of collecting rent every month.

Unemployed wife: “Liusheng, do you think I could pay the rent in some other way...”

Twin little girls: “Big Brother Liusheng, the shop's pipes are broken! Could you come and unclog them tonight?~”

Gentle female teacher: “Yu, let me tutor you tonight! If you don't pass, your teacher will have to visit your home, you know!”

Maid cafe owner: “Master, I just bought a new maid outfit...”

Cool campus beauty: “Kouhai, my mother lives alone. I'll leave her in your care!”

Young mother: “Liusheng, my daughter's at school. I'll leave her in your care!”

And so every month, Yu Liusheng spends over a week making his way down the entire street.

An aching back and a sore waist. He feels completely drained...

Collecting rent really isn't easy work!

Especially in Tokyo.
